Strandsel is named after his great-grandfather's farm in Westfjords where his grandfather and father were born and raised.

Ásgeir, a native professional photographer and guide, will lead you personally. Ásgeir graduated from the prestigious Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara and has extensive experience in travel and people photography. His travels have taken him to UK, Europe, Scandinavia, Marocco, Canada, USA, Mexico and Jamaica. He loves food and loves sharing the Icelandic food culture with his guest travelers.
